Want to order newspapers/magazines or have groceries ready to pick up at the start of your stay here? Then please support our local village shop.

Village shop

Place your order with Lloyd or Janet on 01229 861201 and they will have it ready for collection. The shop is in Greenodd just a couple of miles away from the cottage (Village main street - LA12 7RB). Shop opening hours Monday - Friday 07.00 to 18.00 (closed 12.30 to 13.30). Saturday 07.00 to 12.30 and Sunday 08.00am to 12.00.

Post Office

Located in Greenodd village shop (above):
The Post Office - in its wisdom has downgraded our Post Office to an outreach centre.
Its opening hours are now Monday 13.30 to 17.30, Tuesday 09.00-12.30 and Friday 09.00-12.30.
Please support it if at all possible.

Welcome Pack

To get you started, we provide a welcome pack of tea, coffee, milk, biscuits or cake and a loaf of bread freshly baked from the local bakery.

Free WiFi

We provide free WiFi: so if you do bring your computer for work or for keeping in touch with the family and it's wireless enabled, we can usually arrange for you to be connected to the internet - Free.

Before you set off, do make sure that the computer is wireless enabled and that you have good virus protection software installed.
