Booking and Availability

Bookings are from Friday to Friday. Forest Field will be available from 4pm on the day of arrival to 10am on the day of departure. We try to be flexible and may sometimes be able to arrange alternatives such as Saturday starts out of season. Part weeks may also be available out of season (Min 2 nights stay). Please e-mail, phone or use the contact form to make a provisional booking. We will hold the accommodation for 7 days after that, pending receipt of a non refundable deposit of 25%. The balance of the cost will be due 6 weeks prior to the start of your holiday.

Holidays booked less than 6 weeks prior to the start of the holiday should be paid in full on booking.

Cancellation: Deposits are not refundable. In the unfortunate event of your having to cancel, we will try to re-let the accommodation. However if we are not successful and your cancellation is less than six weeks from the date of your booking, you will be liable for the full cost of the booking.

Payments may be made by Cheque (payable to 'Mrs M Postle' posted to Forest Field, Colton, Ulverston, Cumbria LA12 8HF) or Card.

Card payments: We accept credit or debit card payments made through our PayPal account. If you want to pay in this  way, please give your e-mail address. We will then send you and e-mail invoice with a link to PayPal and easy to follow instructions. Please note that there is a 2.5% processing charge for card transactions.
